Strategic Plan

2026-2028 Strategic Plan Goals & Objectives

We have made significant strides, advancing our mission across research, community building, operations, and fundraising over the past four and a half decades.

Building on this progress, at the end of 2025, the NAAF leadership team and board finalized our 2026-2028 Strategic Plan, sharpening our focus on five primary goals and corresponding objectives aligned with NAAF’s mission, vision, and values. The plan centers on accelerating access to new treatments while engaging a broader, more diverse alopecia areata community.

Developed through extensive stakeholder feedback gathered via surveys and interviews and guided by a Board Task Force, this plan reflects the collective voice of our community. Thank you to everyone who participated.
