Lisa Anderson PhD Senior Director, Research Lisa joined NAAF as Research Director in December 2021. Lisa came to NAAF following four years at Sepsis Alliance, a non-profit organization where she led a continuing medical education program on sepsis as the Director of Provider Education and Training. Lisa is a research scientist by training and has conducted original research in the areas of neuropharmacology and behavioral neuroscience. Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Brown University. She completed her postdoctoral training at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Lisa currently resides in San Diego, CA.
