Courtney Davies Chief Growth Officer Courtney joined NAAF as the Chief Growth Officer in April 2026. Courtney is a nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in mission-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as President & CEO of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, where she led the nation’s largest organization dedicated to children with brain tumors through a comprehensive transformation following three organizational mergers. Courtney’s career has been defined by driving growth and building sustainable revenue models. As National Vice President of U.S. Field at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), she directed 76 chapters and managed a $205 million revenue portfolio, achieving double-digit growth while restructuring field operations nationwide. A North Carolina resident, Courtney is certified as an Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® Authorized Partner. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from UC San Diego and has completed executive education in nonprofit management at Columbia University.
