Teen Girls: Voices with Alopecia Workshop

NAAF is proud to announce a workshop opportunity at Girls Garage for teen girls and gender expansive youth between 7th and 12th grade who live with alopecia.

In this workshop, participants will explore the complex ways in which alopecia areata impacts their daily lives. Participants will collaborate to create risograph prints* with words and images that give voice to their personal experiences, and in doing so, provide validation, hope, and inspiration to others in the alopecia areata community.  

Each participant will take home 15 risograph-printed signs, adorned with block stamp designs.

Applications are open and will be accepted on a rolling basis until 20 students are enrolled.

There is no charge for this workshop.
