The National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) has retained The Alexander Group to recruit its President and Chief Executive Officer. NAAF serves the community of people affected by alopecia areata, an autoimmune skin condition resulting in hair loss as well as emotional and psychological distress. On February 4, Nicole Friedland retired as President and CEO after four years leading NAAF and 37 years of transformative work improving health, and access to healthcare, for people around the globe. The last few years have seen exciting changes for the alopecia areata community, with three new treatments and continuing groundbreaking research for new therapies. The President & CEO plays a critical role in leading this 40+ year-old organization and has full responsibility and accountability for the NAAF’s success, working in partnership with the Board of Directors to formulate and pursue the organization’s vision and mission. This is a remote position requiring periodic travel across the US. For more information and to send your CV, please contact Pamela DeLuca at pdeluca@thealexandergroup.com.
