Improving Quality of Life Outcomes for Individuals Living with Alopecia Areata

A team of researchers from Penn State University led by Dr. Garrett Huck is seeking individuals who are living with alopecia areata, universalis, or totalis to participate in a research study. The goals of this study are to identify strategies that can be useful for assisting individuals living with alopecia areata to live a satisfactory quality of life, despite the presence of their health condition.

Participants are asked to complete an online survey that will take approximately 15-30 minutes. In order to participate, individuals should be living with alopecia areata, aged 18 years or older, and able to communicate an English. All interested participants will be entered into a drawing to receive a $10 gift card for their participation. No identifying information will be collected, and you may opt out of the survey at any time.
