A study being conducted by researchers at the New Jersey Institute of Technology is seeking to understand the impact of social media networks on women living with alopecia. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate and must be fluent in the English language. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. Participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw from participation at any time.

This study is anonymous, so please do not enter any identifying information into the research instrument. The researchers have pledged to keep your data confidential and only to report aggregated results in any published scientific study. A summary of the findings will be posted in participating online discussion groups. Publication of the findings should help to publicize the existence of these groups, and to help other women with alopecia or other conditions that can benefit from peer discussion and sharing of experiences.
