A Study To Characterize the Immunologic Profiles of Patients with Alopecia Areata

A research study being conducted at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking volunteers to donate skin and blood samples for a study to better understand the immunologic and inflammatory responses that cause alopecia areata. Participation in the study will involve at least one visit with researchers at UCSF. The goal of this research is to works towards the development of new and targeted treatments for patients with alopecia areata.
